Roberta "Bobbi" Lynell Brown, a cherished soul and devoted family matriarch, peacefully departed this world on February 14, 2026, at the age of 78. Born on March 15, 1947, in Detroit, Michigan, Bobbi was the beloved daughter of the late John and Margaret Kaake. Her life was a testament to love, kindness, and unwavering commitment to family. Bobbi's nurturing spirit and infectious laughter left an indelible mark on all who were fortunate enough to know her. As a young girl growing up in Detroit, she developed a profound appreciation for life's simple pleasures, a passion that stayed with her throughout her days. Bobbi was predeceased by her loving parents and her dear sister, Peggy Kaake, whom she held close to her heart. She is survived by her devoted husband, Robert Brown, who stood by her side through life's many seasons. Together, they built a family that became her greatest joy and source of pride. Her legacy of love continues through her children, Ian (Julie) Williams, Aimee (Randy) Wiltse, and Erin Brewer. Bobbi's nurturing spirit lives on in her grandchildren, Paige (Anthony) Johnson, Kylee (Tyler) Thompson, Rachel (Shane) Connelly, Chelsey (Zachary) Coltrain, Lennon Williams, Paiton Brewer, Nora Williams, and Brynn Williams, all of whom she adored and cherished deeply. Her great-granddaughter, Mia Thompson, was the light of her later years, bringing her immense joy and happiness. Bobbi's career as an administrator in the Radiology Department at St. Joseph Hospital spanned a decade, where her warmth and dedication were felt by colleagues and patients alike. Her professional life was marked by compassion and a commitment to helping others, qualities that shone brightly in her personal life as well. A true nurturer at heart, Bobbi found peace and happiness in her garden, tending to her flowers with the same care and devotion she gave to her family. Her garden was a reflection of her soul—vibrant, full of life, and a place of solace for those who visited. Bobbi's home was always open, a sanctuary where family and friends gathered, surrounded by her love and laughter. Family was everything to Bobbi, and she held each member close, treasuring the time spent together above all else. Her many nieces, nephews, and extended family members felt her unwavering love and support, a testament to the boundless kindness she shared with the world.
