July 13, 1976 — June 3, 2026

It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Robert Warren Boyce, who left this world on June 3, 2026, at the age of 49. Born on July 13, 1976, in Ridgewood, New Jersey, Robert, affectionately known as Rob, was a beloved son, father, brother, uncle, and friend whose presence touched and brightened many lives. Rob's journey began in the nurturing arms of his parents, Ronald W. Boyce and Suzanne Jordan. Growing up, he was surrounded by a loving family that included his father’s wife, Kathryn Boyce, and his devoted siblings: Jaime Calitri, Jeffrey Boyce, Allison Lloyd, Anna Ryder, and Monica Ortego. Rob's sense of family extended to his cherished daughter, Jenna Boyce, who was the center of his world and his proudest achievement. Rob also leaves behind a legacy of love in his nephews Logan, Bennett, Taylor, Hudson, Olivier, and Archie, and his niece, Kennedy, along with numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews who will dearly miss him. Rob's early years saw him excel in academics and sports, graduating from Lassiter High School in 1994. His passion for tennis was recognized with a scholarship to Huntingdon College in Montgomery, Alabama, where he earned his degree in 1999. A proud member of the Kappa Sigma fraternity, he forged lifelong friendships and memories during his college years. His professional journey was as varied and vibrant as his personality. Rob began his career with the Montgomery Wings, a minor league baseball team, before discovering his love for teaching at San Luis High School in Yuma, Arizona. In 2003, he returned to Georgia and embarked on a successful career in sales with System Connections. His passion for technology and education led him to Intrado, where he taught software for public safety communications. At the time of his passing, Rob was a valued team member of av/Tech in Roswell, Georgia. Rob was a man of many passions. Known for his quick wit and warm smile, he was never far from laughter and could light up any room with his humor. An avid tennis player, he was once ranked 13th in the State of Georgia. His love for the sport was only matched by his joy in watching Jenna play tennis, volleyball, and basketball. Fishing was another cherished pastime, providing moments of peace and happiness, especially when shared with Jenna on the waters of Lake Lanier. Rob's life was a testament to love, laughter, and kindness. His generous spirit and loving heart endeared him to all who knew him. As we gather to celebrate his life, we remember a man who lived fully, loved deeply, and laughed heartily. A service to honor Rob's life will be held on June 20, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the Roswell Funeral Home, 950 Mansell Road, Roswell, GA 30076. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to No Longer Bound, an organization close to Rob's heart. Rob will forever remain in our hearts, a beacon of joyous memories and enduring love. His family shares this message of love and remembrance: "Forever in our Hearts."
