Robert was the beloved son of Dawn Bush and the late David Bush. As he joins his father in eternal peace, he leaves behind a loving family who cherished him dearly, including his siblings, Kaitlin, Molly, Rachael, Michael, and Mathew Bush. The bond he shared with them was unbreakable, rooted in love, laughter, and mutual support.
A proud graduate of Roane County High School in 2017, Robert went on to serve his country with dedication and honor in the United States Army from 2019 to 2021. His time in the service was marked by courage and a steadfast commitment to his fellow soldiers.
After his military service, Robert found his calling working as a laborer for various timber companies. His hands were strong and capable, always willing to lend a hand wherever it was needed. His work ethic was unmatched, a testament to his character and dedication.
Robert's life was a symphony of music and adventure. A gifted guitar player and singer, his voice resonated with those who were fortunate enough to hear him. His love for the outdoors was equally profound, finding solace in hunting, fishing, and riding motorcycles. These moments of joy and freedom were where his spirit truly soared.
Known for his entertaining actions and captivating voice, Robert had a presence that could light up any room. His humor and zest for life were infectious, leaving a lasting impression on everyone he met. His kind heart and generous spirit will be remembered fondly by those who were touched by his light.
A private funeral ceremony will be held to honor Robert's life and legacy. The family wishes to extend their deepest gratitude for the outpouring of love and support during this difficult time.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made to organizations supporting mental health awareness and depression support, in memory of Robert. It is their heartfelt wish that we all remember to look out for those we love, offering help and understanding to anyone who may be struggling.
