Robert Larry Daniels

Robert "Bob" Larry Daniels, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend, passed away peacefully at home with his wife Donna at his side on July 31, 2026. Born on November 25, 1939, in Flat Rock, Alabama, Bob lived an extraordinary life. Robert was the cherished son of Leonard and Katie Daniels, who instilled in him the values of kindness, integrity, and hard work. He was predeceased by his loving parents and his dear sister, Bennie Rainer, whose memories he treasured throughout his life. Bob is survived by his beloved wife, Donna, whose partnership and love defined their many years together. Their marriage was a testament to true companionship, filled with adventures around the world. Bob is survived by his children: Michael, married to Jenny; Scott, married to Jill; and Kathy, married to Joe. He was immensely proud of his six grandchildren—Kathlyn, Allison, Sophie, Cassandra, Georgiana, and Nathan. He delighted in their accomplishments and took great joy in watching them grow into impressive adults. He is also survived by his sister, Keenar, with whom he shared a close bond. Their shared experiences and memories were a constant source of strength and happiness for Bob throughout his life. Bob's life was a testament to his dedication to family, his loyalty to friends, and his commitment to his community. He was a man of many talents and interests, known for his warmth, generosity, and infectious laugh that could brighten any room.
