Robert Keith Munn

In loving memory of Robert Keith Munn 74, who passed away peacefully at his home on August 15, 2026. Robert was born on June 1, 1952, in the warm and welcoming town of Rock Hill, South Carolina, to his devoted parents, Lee and Rhonda Munn. Throughout his life, Robert embodied the values and spirit of a proud American, offering a lifetime of love, laughter, and service to those around him. Robert was a cherished brother to Doug Munn Sr. and was preceded in death by his beloved brothers Sam, James, Frankie, Richard, Timothy, and Sonny Munn, as well as his dear sisters Jaunita Hughes, Darcene Harris, Jane Whisonant ,Terry McAteer, and Mary Crawford. His legacy of love continues through his children—Ben, Eric, and Patrick Munn—and his six treasured grandchildren: Stephanie Cole, Tyler Eller, Logan Munn, Taylor Munn, Destiny Munn, and Dale Munn. His heart was further brightened by the presence of his great-granddaughters Leah Eason and Zoey Simmons. A proud graduate of Fort Mill High School, Robert went on to serve his country with honor in the U.S. Army. After completing his military service, he dedicated to work and retired from Pike Electric. Robert was an active and enthusiastic member of the Fort Mill American Legion, where he found joy and camaraderie, particularly while working as a chaplain and at the American Legion baseball games. His passion for communication was evident in his hobby as a ham radio operator, connecting with friends near and far. Known for his infectious humor, Robert had a gift for making those around him laugh, often lightening the mood with a well-timed joke. His family was his world, and he was deeply committed to their happiness and well-being. He was the kind of man whose presence filled a room with warmth and whose absence will be profoundly felt. A funeral service to honor Robert's life will be held on August 22, 2026, at 12:00 PM at Riverview Presbyterian Church 124 S. Sutton Road Fort Mill, South Carolina. Family and friends are invited to gather for visitation from 11 AM to 12 PM to pay their respects and share in the celebration of a life well-lived. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made to the family members. Robert Keith Munn will be dearly missed, remembered for his unwavering love, humor, and dedication to family and country. May his soul rest in eternal peace.
