June 24, 1985 — June 10, 2026

It is with profound sadness yet deep love that we announce the passing of Robert "Jr" Jackson Jr., a remarkable soul who left an indelible mark on the hearts of all who knew him. Born on June 24, 1985, in Atlanta, GA, Jr. departed this life peacefully on June 10, 2026, surrounded by the love of his family and friends. Jr. was the beloved son of Robert Jackson Sr. and Yvonne Derricott, who both predeceased him. He carried forward their legacy of love, strength, and kindness, qualities that he effortlessly shared with those around him. His vibrant personality and infectious smile were magnets that drew people to him, leaving them enriched and uplifted. Jr. was a devoted father, his children being the greatest joy of his life. He leaves behind four cherished children, who will forever embody his love, wisdom, and spirit. The bond he shared with them was profound, and his memory will continue to be a guiding light in their lives. His family extended beyond his four beautiful children, including his brother Octavius Jackson, his sister Kimberly Jackson, his cousin David Law, his stepmother Deborah DuBose, and his stepsister LaDrica Derrico, along with a host of extended family, friends, and loved ones who were graced by his warmth and compassion. A man of many talents, Jr. dedicated much of his time to volunteering, selflessly offering his services to those in need. His contributions to his community were numerous and impactful, reflecting his genuine concern for the well-being of others. He embraced life with enthusiasm, loved to laugh, and cherished the time he spent with family and friends. Jr. was unapologetically himself, living life with a passion that inspired everyone around him. Family and friends are invited to gather in celebration of Jr.'s life on July 9, 2026, at Lakeside Gardens, located at 7780 Ono Rd. Services will begin at 10:30, where we will honor a life lived with love and laughter.
