Robert Hall
March 31, 1957 — May 7, 2026
It is with heavy hearts and profound gratitude for a life well-lived that we announce the passing of Robert Hall on May 7, 2026. He departed peacefully after a courageous battle with cancer, surrounded by family and love. Born on March 31, 1957, in Pontiac, Michigan, Robert graced this world with kindness, resilience, and an unwavering spirit that left an indelible mark on everyone he encountered.
Robert was the beloved son of the late Charles Edgar Hall and LeMaine Marie (Sharon) Hall, who instilled in him values of compassion, integrity, and perseverance. He carried these values into his own family, becoming a devoted father and grandfather. He leaves behind a legacy through his cherished children: daughters Lisa Hall, Amy Brubacher (husband, Joshua Brubacher) and son David Hall (wife Chenelle Hall). His love and wisdom will continue to guide his treasured grandchildren, Noah and Nicholas Jimenez, and Braiden Brubacher.
Robert's years were spent in the vibrant community of Waterford, Michigan, where he attended Waterford Township High School. It was here that he began to cultivate his lifelong love for the outdoors and music. These passions were a constant source of joy and reflection throughout his life, providing solace and inspiration through both joyous and challenging times.
The warmth and kindness Robert exuded were evident in every relationship he nurtured. His long-time acquaintance, Susan Hubarth, remembers him as a beacon of friendship and understanding, always ready with a listening ear or a comforting word. His ability to connect deeply with those around him was one of his most admirable traits, and his presence will be sorely missed by all who knew him.
In addition to his family, Robert was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and LeMaine, and the mother of his children, Dawn Fisher. He now joins them in eternal rest, undoubtedly sharing in the love and laughter that defined their earthly bonds.
Robert’s enduring love for his family and friends was matched only by his passion for nature and music. Whether it was a serene walk in the woods or sharing a favorite tune, he found beauty in the simple pleasures and shared these with those he loved. His spirit will forever resonate in the hearts of those who had the privilege of knowing him.
A celebration of Robert's life will be held in the coming weeks where family and friends can gather to share memories and honor his remarkable journey. The family extends their heartfelt gratitude for the outpouring of support and kindness during this difficult time. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to a cancer charity of your choice in Robert’s honor, as a testament to his enduring fight and unwavering hope.
Robert Hall's life was a testament to love, resilience, and the enduring power of human connection. While he may have left this world, his legacy lives on in the hearts of his loved ones and the countless lives he touched. May he rest in peace, forever surrounded by the music and beauty he cherished.
