Robert Tsosie, a beloved father, grandfather, and friend, passed away on September 14, 2026, after bravely battling cancer. Born on January 1, 1960, in Tuba City, Robert was the cherished son of Levi and Jolene Tsosie. He was predeceased by his brother Sebastian Tsosie, who he always held dear in his heart. Robert's journey through life was marked by a deep love for the outdoors, a testament to his outgoing nature. Whether it was the tranquility of a serene lake or the thrill of a riverside, fishing was one of Robert's greatest joys. His laughter and stories would ripple across the water, creating memories that his family and friends will forever treasure. A proud graduate of Flagstaff High School, Robert carried his love for his hometown and its community throughout his life. Shortly after, he dedicated 10 honorable years to serving in the military, a commitment that exemplified his strength and dedication. Upon returning home, Robert found his calling in welding, a craft he honed with pride for over 30 years. Robert was the loving father of Samantha and Terry Tsosie, who were the light of his life. His legacy continues through them and his four precious grandchildren, who brought immense joy to his days. A service to honor and celebrate Robert's life will be held on September 21, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the Presbyterian Church, located at 3 Bradley St, Tuba City, AZ 86045. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to a cancer research organization of your choice, in memory of Robert's courageous fight. Robert Tsosie will be remembered for his warm heart, his adventurous spirit, and his unwavering love for his family and friends. His memory will live on in the stories shared and the love he gave so generously. We are comforted in knowing that he is now at peace, fishing in the tranquil waters of eternity.
