Robert Creemers

Robert "Rob" Creemers, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend, peacefully departed this life on August 5, 2026, after courageously battling bulbar ALS for six years. Born on March 28, 1960, in Detroit, MI, Rob's journey through life was one of love, kindness, and unwavering faith. He has now been called home to be with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Rob was the cherished son of Fred Creemers and Jean Rust, who preceded him in death, along with his mother-in-law Mary Ann Young and brother-in-law James Young. He leaves behind a devoted family, including his beloved wife of 36 years, Jenny. Together, they shared a beautiful life, building a family and legacy that will endure. His daughters, Shelby and Lindsay, sons-in-law Cody and Jason, and grandchildren Lexy and Zachary, carry forward Rob's spirit of love and compassion. Rob's career was marked by integrity and dedication. For 20 years, he served as a sales manager with Ford Motor Company, where he was known for his honesty, excellent work ethic, and congenial personality. In 2002, alongside Jenny, Rob embarked on an entrepreneurial journey, founding AI Boats. Their company revolutionized the boating industry, and Rob became a master craftsman, admired for his expertise and innovation. An active member of Hillsdale Baptist Church, Rob's faith was a guiding light throughout his life. Despite the challenges of his illness, he attended services in person for as long as he was able. His love for boating and water sports was infectious, and he relished sharing these passions with his family. Rob was ever the athlete, eager to explore new sports and activities, and a devoted fan of Tampa Bay's sports teams, especially the Lightning. Rob's personal qualities were as remarkable as his professional achievements. His caring nature and willingness to lend a helping hand were evident to all who knew him. He had an extraordinary ability to connect with others, forming lasting friendships through his genuine conversations and warm social demeanor. A service celebrating Rob's life will be held at Hillsdale Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly suggests donations be made to a charity of your choice, honoring Rob's spirit of generosity and care for others. The family wishes to express their heartfelt gratitude to all who supported Rob and them throughout his illness. Your kindness and assistance have been a source of comfort and strength.
