It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Robert Bradley, a beloved father, grandfather, and friend to many. Robert departed this world peacefully on May 14, 2026, at the age of 79, leaving behind a legacy of love, joy, and cherished memories. Born on March 7, 1947, in the quaint town of Pittsford, Vermont, Robert was the cherished son of Harry Bradley and Thelma Lake. Throughout his life, Robert demonstrated an unwavering commitment to his family, country, and community. He served his nation with pride and honor as a member of the Army National Guard, instilling in his family the values of service and dedication. Robert shared a beautiful life with his late wife, Bonnie Bradley, whose memory he held close to his heart every day. Together, they built a loving family, raising two wonderful children who became the center of his world. His son, Kenneth Bradley, along with his wife Heather Tobin, and his daughter, Joann Bradley, with her husband Mike White, were the pride and joy of Robert's life. He delighted in watching his family grow, welcoming eight grandchildren into his warm embrace: Kolby Bradley, Korey Bradley, Adrian Zielinski, Zachary Zielinski, Aubrea Brown, Damian Brown, Braxton Loveland, and Brodie Loveland. Each grandchild was a shining light in Robert's life, and he reveled in their achievements, particularly their sports endeavors. A devoted family man, Robert had a remarkable ability to make everyone around him feel welcome and loved. His home was always filled with laughter, a testament to his contagious laugh that could uplift the spirit of any room. He cherished spending time with his family, creating memories that will be treasured for generations. Robert's career was marked by dedication and hard work, as he enjoyed a fulfilling tenure at GE in Rutland, Vermont, before retiring. He was a man of many passions, with a deep love for the New York Yankees, snowmobiling through the winter wonderland, and the tranquility of hunting. His heart found solace in the serene landscapes of Maine, where he often sought peace and reflection. As we remember Robert Bradley, we celebrate a life well-lived, filled with love, laughter, and the joy of family. His legacy will endure in the hearts of those who knew him, and his spirit will forever guide his beloved family. A private service will be held in his honor, where family and close friends will gather to bid farewell to a remarkable man who touched so many lives. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to a charity of choice, in memory of Robert's kindness and generosity. Robert Bradley's life was a testament to the power of love, laughter, and family. He will be deeply missed but never forgotten. May he rest in eternal peace, reunited with his beloved Bonnie, in the embrace of God's love.
