His early years in Carlisle were spent in the warm embrace of his family, alongside his predeceased brothers, Lonnie Neidigh of Newville and Randy Bloser of Harrisburg. Rickey was a man of deep connections and cherished his relationships with family and friends. Rickey’s journey through life was marked by a passion for history and antiquities. He delighted in researching and collecting antiques, a hobby that allowed him to travel through time and connect with stories of the past. His home was a testament to his keen eye for beauty and history, each piece reflecting his love for the tales they held. Those who knew Rickey will remember him for his quick wit and infectious smile. His humor was a balm to many, lighting up rooms and bringing laughter to the lives he touched.
