Ricky's life was a testament to love and resilience. The son of Charles and Doris Jean (Ickes) Neidigh, he grew up surrounded by the warmth and support of a close-knit family. Despite the hardships of losing his brothers, Lonnie Neidigh and Randy Bloser, Ricky maintained a steadfast devotion to his family, always ready with a listening ear and a helping hand.
