He was the cherished father of Angel Swatzell, Leea Swatzell, and Brooke Nance. Richard's love and wisdom were guiding lights in their lives, and he took immense pride in watching them grow and succeed. He was also the doting grandfather to 15 grandchildren, among them the spirited Luna Swatzell, who brought endless joy to his days. Richard was predeceased by his father, Carl Dunn, whose memory remained ever-present in his heart.
