Richard (Dick) Lloyd Robertson

September 12, 1945 — March 12, 2026

In loving memory, Veteran Richard (Dick) Lloyd Robertson (80) of Redmond OR, passed away peacefully in his home on March 12, 2026 surrounded by lots of love, laughter (from memory sharing), and all his favorite family members. Dick was born on September 12, 1945 to Lloyd and Helen Robertson in Eugene OR. He mainly grew up in Central Oregon since about the age of 8 and worked on various farms, (including his Uncles’ Dairy farm,) until he graduated Redmond high school. After high school Dick enlisted and served proudly as a PO2 in the Navy. His occupational rating was an (AZ) Aviation Maintenance Administration-man. He was stationed in Corpus Christi Texas. After his service in the military Dick spent the next 48 years working in the lumber mills, and as a truck driver for Goodwill where he eventually retired from. Dick was always known for his reliability, loyalty, and great work ethic, not to mention his “nice guy, give you the shirt off his back” demeanor, and his unconditional love for animals, especially dogs and cats. Dick is survived by sisters Joanne Mann, Pat Sholes, brother David Robertson, Daughters Trasy Frost and Debi Baer-Barton, and step sons Jason Croxen and Kevin Croxen. Dick had 10 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and 1 (great) on the way. He is preceded in death by his wife Debi Robertson, parents Lloyd and Helen Robertson, sister Joyce Pullins and brother William (Bill) Robertson.
