August 30, 1960 — February 13, 2026
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Rhonda Bibb Bradford, a beloved wife, mother, sister, and friend, who left this world peacefully in her home on February 13, 2026, at the age of 65. Born on August 30, 1960, Rhonda was the cherished daughter of the late Carol Jean Garrard and John Frank Bibb. A vibrant soul, Rhonda was the embodiment of warmth, love, and compassion, whose radiant spirit touched everyone she encountered.
Rhonda was the devoted wife of 18 years to Alan Bradford, whose love and companionship were the cornerstones of her life. She was a proud and loving mother to her daughter, Jennifer Sebetich, with whom she shared an unbreakable bond. Rhonda's family extended beyond her immediate kin, as she was a beloved sister to Joan Pylant (Lee), Sherry Farley (Mike), Jeannen Frachiseur, Danny Bibb, and John R. Bibb (Kelli). Her legacy lives on in the hearts of her family, friends, and the countless children who fondly called her “RaRa” or “Aunt Rhonda.”
Known for her quick wit and warm smile, Rhonda had a gift for making everyone feel welcome and valued. Her kindness and generosity were the hallmarks of her character, traits that touched countless lives and left an indelible mark on her community. She was the queen of every kitchen she entered, crafting delicious meals that nourished both body and soul. Her talents extended beyond the culinary arts, as she was skilled in sewing, crochet, and an array of creative endeavors.
Rhonda had an unparalleled love for the beauty of nature, which she expressed through her care for her vibrant garden. Her passion for flowers was only matched by her love for her faithful dog, Maggie, and her cat, Bitty, who brought her endless joy and companionship.
Summers at Lake Logan Martin were a testament to Rhonda's love for life and her dedication to creating a sanctuary for those she loved. It was there that she wove a tapestry of cherished memories, where children and adults alike found solace and adventure, sharing stories, catching fish, and basking in the glow of her hospitality.
A celebration of Rhonda's life will be held on February 19, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Messmer Goodwin Funeral Home, located in Warrior, AL 35180. We invite all who knew and loved Rhonda to join us in remembering and honoring a woman whose light will forever shine in our hearts.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Rhonda’s memory to a charity of your choice, as a testament to her lifelong commitment to kindness and generosity. Rhonda Bibb Bradford's legacy is one of love, laughter, and a life well-lived, and she will be dearly missed by all who were fortunate enough to know her.
