It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved daughter, Retshidisitswe Moletsane, affectionately known as Tshidi. Born on January 31, 2007, in Carletonville, Tshidi transitioned from this world on April 17, 2026, after valiantly fighting for her life following a tragic accident. Her untimely departure has left an indelible void in the hearts of all who knew and loved her. Tshidi was the cherished only child of Reitumetse and Tumelo Moletsane, who adored her deeply and raised her with love and care. Her life, though short, was filled with joy and warmth, leaving behind memories that will be forever cherished by her family and friends. She began her educational journey at Khutsong Pre-School, where her vibrant personality and eagerness to learn were evident from a young age. Tshidi continued to excel at Phororong Primary School, before moving on to Badirile Secondary School. Her teachers and peers remember her as a bright and lively student, someone who brought laughter and camaraderie to those around her. Tshidi was known for her love of life and her ability to bring joy to any gathering. She cherished moments spent with friends and family, delighting in the simple pleasures of "chilling" and sharing laughter and stories. Her fun-loving spirit and infectious smile could light up any room, leaving a lasting impression on everyone she met. On April 17, 2026, while returning from a visit to Lesotho, Tshidi was involved in a tragic accident. Despite the heroic efforts of the medical team, who tried their utmost to save her, she succumbed to her injuries three days later. Her family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the hospital staff for their dedication and care during this difficult time. A service to honor and celebrate Tshidi's life will be held on April 23, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the Catholic Church, located at 1396. All who were touched by her beautiful spirit are invited to join in remembrance and farewell. Tshidi leaves behind her loving parents, Reitumetse and Tumelo Moletsane, who will forever hold her memory close. Though she was the only child, she was never alone, surrounded always by the love of her family and friends. As we say goodbye to our darling Tshidi, we take solace in the joy she brought to our lives and the bond we will always share. May her soul rest in eternal peace, and may her memory be a blessing to us all. Rest gently, dear Tshidi. You will always be loved, and you will never be forgotten.
