Born on February 2, 1951, in the vibrant city of Chicago, Illinois, Renee was a cherished daughter to Amanda and Roosevelt Swarn, who predeceased her and undoubtedly greeted her with open arms as she joined them in eternal rest. Renee's life was a testament to love, perseverance, and generosity. She was a woman of immense strength who never allowed life's difficulties to dim her radiant spirit. Her dedication to her family was profound, and she nurtured an enduring legacy that will live on in the hearts of her surviving children: Aisha Swarn, Marlon Young, Yemjoi Young, and Christopher Robinson Junior. Her familial bond extended to her siblings, Rosita Swarn, Rita Oliver, Ralinda Swarn, Redellia Swarn, Rosaria Swarn, Rabarta Young, Rose Swarn, Ruth Hamilton, and Regina Carpenter, each of whom held a special place in her heart. Renee's family was her pride and joy, and she was blessed with eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, who brought her immeasurable happiness and whose lives she enriched with her wisdom and love. Her vibrant life was also shared with her lifelong partner, Christopher Robinson, and she now joins him and her siblings, Millie Young, Robin Swarn, and brother Roosevelt Swarn Junior, in a place of peace and everlasting love. Renee's life was a tapestry of cherished moments filled with laughter, love, and a deep appreciation for the simple joys. Her nurturing spirit extended beyond her family to the many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who were touched by her kindness and compassion.
