It is with profound sadness and tender hearts that we announce the passing of Renee Michelle Womack, a cherished daughter, devoted mother, beloved grandmother, and caring friend. Renee departed this world peacefully in her sleep on May 27, 2026, at the age of 50, leaving behind a legacy of love and warmth that will forever be cherished by all who knew her. Renee was born on July 25, 1975, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to Paula Mitchell and the late Randy Michelle Sr. From a young age, Renee exhibited a gentle spirit and a quiet strength that would define her throughout her life. She graduated from Martin Luther King High School in Philadelphia, where she made lifelong friends and began her journey of touching the lives of others. Renee was a woman of many talents and worked diligently in various jobs to support her family. Her dedication and resilience were unmatched, and she approached every challenge with grace and tenacity. Her career was a testament to her unwavering commitment to providing for her family and ensuring their happiness. Her greatest joy in life was her family. Renee was the proud mother of three children: Kyra (Dwight), Kyre, and Kyren, who were the center of her world. Her love extended to her grandchildren, Enylah and Cristian, with whom she shared countless moments of joy and laughter. Renee's nurturing spirit was a guiding light in the lives of her family, and she was adored by her siblings, Randy Mitchell Jr. and Amy Mitchell, as well as her mother, Paula Mitchell. Renee had a passion for the simple pleasures in life. She enjoyed watching movies, cooking up delightful meals, and expressing her creativity through hair and makeup. Her family fondly remembers the many weekends spent in her kitchen, surrounded by the comforting aroma of her delicious dishes, or sitting together for a movie night, enveloped in her warmth. Those who knew Renee will always remember her as a dainty, quiet, and sweet soul. Her caring nature made her easy to talk to, and she was a source of comfort and understanding for many. Her presence brought peace to those around her, and her memory will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know her. Renee is predeceased by her father, Randy Michelle Sr., and her brother, Mark Womack Sr. She is survived by her loving mother, Paula Mitchell; her children, Kyra (Dwight), Kyre, and Kyren; her siblings, Randy Mitchell Jr. and Amy Mitchell; her grandchildren, Enylah and Cristian; and a host of aunts, uncles, extended family, and friends who will continue to celebrate her life and legacy. A service to honor and celebrate Renee's life will be held on June 3, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at the G Choice Funeral Chapel, located at 2530 N. Broad St., Philadelphia, PA. The entire family wishes to extend their heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has offered their support and condolences during this difficult time.
