Reggie was born on February 14, 1947, in the vibrant town of Puerto Limón, Costa Rica, and spent his final moments in the comforting presence of his beloved family. Romans 6:8 KJV, states, "Now if we died with Christ, we believe that we will also live with him".

His kindness and generosity were the hallmarks of his character, leaving an indelible mark on the lives of all who were fortunate enough to know him.
Reggie was preceded in death by his brothers Lester Mowatth Rowe, Stanley Mowatth Rowe, and Stainton Brown. He is lovingly survived by his brother, Arturo "Turo" Rowe, and his sisters, Lupita McClean residing in Panama, as well as Rhona and Margarita. His legacy lives on through his cherished children, Martha, Edward Anthony, and Jhon Alberto. Reggie's memory will also be kept alive by his nieces Soñà, Kathia, and Darling, his nephews Oscar and Chino Anthony, and a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A man of vibrant spirit, Reggie loved to dance and was known for hosting many joyful gatherings where laughter and music filled the air. His love for life was palpable, and his gatherings were legendary, bringing together family and friends in celebration and unity.
