Born on August 9, 1952, in the close-knit community of Monessen, Pennsylvania, Regina was a beloved daughter of the late Walter Lowe and Delores Levy. Her life was a testament to the strength of familial bonds and the joy of simple pleasures. Regina was a woman whose vibrant spirit and unyielding honesty touched everyone she met. Known for her candid nature, she was never afraid to speak her mind, a trait that endeared her to many. Her expressive dancing was another beautiful language through which she communicated her innermost feelings, often swaying to the melodies in her mind, needing no accompaniment but the rhythm of her heart. Her life was enriched by her cherished pastimes. Regina found joy in the delicate art of solving puzzles, often while indulging in her favorite sci-fi movies or television shows. Her passion for nurturing all types of plants reflected her nurturing heart. She also had an eye for beautiful clothes, always presenting herself with grace and elegance. Regina's legacy lives on through her devoted children, Ralanda Bragg Sanders and Omar D. Williams, who continue to honor her memory in their lives. She is remembered fondly by her siblings, Debra Levy, Doris Johnson, Henrietta Nelson, James Lowe, Kenneth Lowe, Marsha Ingraham, and Walter Levy, who shared in the laughter and camaraderie that Regina so freely gave. Her family tree flourished with her love, extending to five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren, who brought her immense joy and pride.
