Born on February 12, 1973, in Saint Louis, Missouri, Recco lived a life marked by kindness, dedication, and love.
Educated in the Missouri school system, Recco carried the values of diligence and commitment throughout his life. These principles were prominently reflected in his career, as he was known for his unwavering dedication to his work, often staying in positions for over five years—a testament to his steadfastness and loyalty.
Recco married the love of his life, Roxie, on March 3, 2009, in St Louis, Missouri. Together, they shared 22 beautiful years of marriage, raising four wonderful boys—Brian (Yolanda), Romontez, Montez, and Rontez—and building a family foundation rich in love and support. Their marriage was a beacon of what true partnership and devotion look like, characterized by mutual respect and enduring affection.
Recco's life was a vibrant tapestry of warm smiles and laughter, always the life of the room with his infectious jokes and welcoming presence. He had an innate ability to make everyone feel valued, a reflection of his kind and generous spirit that touched countless lives. His home and heart were always open, serving as a backbone to those around him, ever ready to lend a helping hand in times of need.
Recco is survived by his cherished wife of 17 years, Roxie, and their children Brian, Romontez, Montez, and Rontez. He leaves behind his loving daughter Tynisha (Ryan), and sisters Chrissy, Neicy, and Pooh (Mike). His legacy continues through his seven adored grandchildren, who will forever carry his spirit and laughter in their hearts. Recco is also remembered by his close friend Roland, whose friendship was a source of joy and solidarity throughout his life.
He was predeceased by his beloved mother, whose memory he held dear and whose values he carried forward in his own life.
