Born on September 8, 1991, in Hartford, Connecticut, Ravashawn was a beloved son, father, brother, and friend, whose presence brought love, energy, and joy to all who knew him. Ravashawn was the cherished son of Dexter Dixon and Cruz Jimenez. He was a devoted father to his son, Shawn Dixon, and a loving brother to Tyrell Ward, Brittney Ward, and Anthony Ward. Predeceased by his grandmother, Ravashawn now joins her peacefully in the afterlife. He leaves behind two precious grandchildren who will carry forward his legacy of love and warmth. Ravashawn’s vibrant spirit was evident in every aspect of his life. He had an unwavering passion for making music, cleaning, dancing, partying, and fishing. His love for life was infectious, and he had a unique ability to bring joy and laughter into any room. The memories he created with his family and friends will forever be cherished, as they reflect the radiant light he brought into their lives. Though his time with us was cut short, Ravashawn’s memory will continue to live on in the hearts of those who loved him. He leaves behind a legacy of love, strength, and unforgettable moments that will be treasured by all who were fortunate to know him. The family has chosen to hold a private funeral ceremony to honor Ravashawn’s life. In lieu of flowers, donations in Ravashawn's memory may be made to a charity of your choice, reflecting his generous spirit and the love he shared with the world.
