Raul Casas

July 27, 1985 — October 14, 2026

Raul Casas, a beloved son, brother, uncle, and friend, passed away suddenly on October 14, 2026, at the age of 41. Born on July 27, 1985, in Dallas, Texas, Raul brought light and laughter to all who knew him. He was the cherished son of Reyes and SanJuana Casas, who raised him to be the kind-hearted and humorous soul that he was. Raul attended Duncanville High School, where he cultivated many lifelong friendships and developed a passion for sports, particularly football. An ardent fan of the Dallas Cowboys, Raul could often be found cheering them on with unwavering enthusiasm. His love for the game was only matched by his love for his family, whom he held dear above all else. A man gifted with quick wit and a penchant for making others laugh, Raul had an extraordinary ability to lift the spirits of those around him. Whether it was through a well-timed joke or a playful comment, he had a way of brightening even the darkest of days. His presence was a beacon of joy and warmth, touching the lives of everyone fortunate enough to know him. Raul is survived by his devoted parents, Reyes and SanJuana Casas, who cherished him deeply. He leaves behind his loving siblings, Marisol, Nancy, Lucy, Roberto, and Cristobal, along with his brothers-in-law, Ausencio, Grant, and Alvaro, and sisters-in-law, Mayra and Elvita. Raul was also a proud and doting uncle to his nieces Cynthia, Ariana, Elaina, Avey, and Maricela, and his nephews Alex, Alvaro, Ethan, Isaac, Zavaan, Zane, and Luca. He joins his predeceased nephew Leo Alexander and niece Sophia in eternal rest. In honor of Raul's generous spirit and his dedication to helping others, the family kindly requests that donations be made to a charity of one's choice in his memory. Raul's legacy of love, laughter, and loyalty will live on in the hearts of all who knew him. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered for the joy he brought into this world. If anyone would like to join us, the visitation hours are from 1-8pm on Friday, October 23, 2026. Rosary begins at 6pm followed by a service at 7pm.
