In Loving Memory

Rashean Farrell Hill
March 26, 1985 — July 3, 2026
It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Rashean Hill, who departed this life on July 3, 2026, at the age of 41. Born on March 26, 1985, in the charming town of Edenton, NC, Rashean was a beacon of light and love to all who knew him.
Rashean was the cherished son of Cecil Harris and Dorethea E. Hill, who instilled in him the virtues of kindness, integrity, and perseverance. These values were evident in every aspect of his life, as he touched the hearts of many with his unwavering compassion and dedication to those he loved.
Rashean was a devoted husband to his beloved wife, Chrissy Hill, with whom he shared a life filled with joy, laughter, and boundless love. Together, they nurtured a beautiful family, raising four incredible children: Rashean Hill Jr, Elijah Hill, Nevaeh Hill, and Arianna Hill. Rashean's love for his family was unparalleled, and he was a pillar of strength and guidance for them, always encouraging his children to pursue their dreams and embrace life's adventures.
In addition to his immediate family, Rashean leaves behind his dear brother, Jamaine Hill, who was not only his sibling but also his lifelong confidant and friend. The bond they shared was unbreakable, and Jamaine will forever cherish the memories they created together.
Rashean's life will be celebrated at a memorial service on July 11, 2026, at 1:00 PM, at Mount Missionary Baptist Church in Gumneck, NC. Friends and family are invited to gather and honor the remarkable life of a man who gave so much of himself to others.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to a charity of your choice, as a way to continue Rashean's legacy of giving and compassion.
Rashean Hill's presence in our lives was a gift, and though he is no longer with us, his spirit and love will forever remain in our hearts. May we find comfort in the cherished memories we hold and continue to be inspired by the incredible life he lived. Rashean, you will be profoundly missed but never forgotten. Rest in peace, dear son, husband, father, brother, and friend.
