Randy embraced life with an open heart, creating a legacy of love and compassion that will endure in the hearts of all who knew him. He was a beacon of strength and resilience, traits he imparted to his cherished daughters, Ashleigh Deane Noland and Amber Nicole Richards, who were the pride and joy of his life. His love for them was boundless, and he found immense joy in watching them grow into the remarkable individuals they are today. Family was Randy's cornerstone, and he shared an unbreakable bond with his brothers, William D. Noland (Angelita) of Lamesa, TX, Jimmy N. Noland (Reyna) of Florence, TX, Tim Hogan (Betty) of Diboll, TX, and Jerry Wilson of Lubbock, TX. Together, they shared countless memories filled with laughter and love, weathering life's storms side by side. Randy was predeceased by his brother, Phil Hogan, and his nephew, Jimmy N. Noland Jr., whose memories he cherished dearly.
