He was a beacon of strength and resilience, traits he imparted to his cherished daughters, Ashleigh Deane Noland and Amber Nicole Richards, who were the pride and joy of his life. His love for them was boundless, and he found immense joy in watching them grow into the remarkable individuals they are today. Family was Randy's cornerstone, and he shared an unbreakable bond with his brothers, William D. Noland (Angelita) of Lamesa, TX, Jimmy N. Noland (Reyna) of Florence, TX, Tim Hogan (Betty) of Diboll, TX, and Jerry Wilson of Lubbock, TX. Together, they shared countless memories filled with laughter and love, weathering life's storms side by side. Randy was predeceased by his brother, Phil Hogan, and his nephew, Jimmy N. Noland Jr., whose memories he cherished dearly. Though his passing leaves a void that cannot be filled, Randy's spirit will forever remain in the hearts of his surviving family members and the many friends who were touched by his kindness and generosity. A proud and devoted grandfather, Randy relished the moments spent with his seven grandchildren.
