Born on April 27, 1956, in the quaint town of Donaldsonville, Georgia, Randy was the cherished son of Raymond "Ray" Evans and Shirley Ann Evans. Randy's early years were marked by the nurturing love of a family that instilled in him the values of kindness, integrity, and loyalty. He carried these values throughout his life, touching the hearts of many along his path. Randy's educational journey began at Dougherty High School in Albany, Georgia, where he cultivated a love for learning and developed friendships that would last a lifetime. Though life presented its challenges, Randy faced each with resilience and a steadfast spirit, guided by the love of his devoted parents, Raymond and Shirley Ann Evans, who preceded him in death. In his personal life, Randy was blessed with a soulmate in Patricia "Trish" Carrico Evans, with whom he shared a beautiful life until her passing. Their love story was one of unwavering devotion and shared dreams. Together, they created a family that became Randy's greatest joy and source of pride. Randy is lovingly remembered by his children: daughters Casey Mullins, married to Brad, of Reynolds, Georgia, and Gwen Huerta, married to Nick, of Tifton, Georgia; sons Jason Westover of Lakeland, Florida, and Tyler Foley of New Salisbury, Indiana. His beloved sister, Betty Farrow, along with her husband Ricky, of Albany, Georgia, provided Randy with the unwavering support of family bonds. In recent years, Randy found companionship and happiness with his loving fiancée, Anita "Jo" Sorrow of Albany, Georgia. Together, they shared cherished moments and created new memories that would bring comfort and joy to Randy's heart. Randy's legacy is carried forward by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who brought light and laughter to his days, alongside many nieces and nephews who he loved dearly. He was preceded in death by his cherished grandson, Isaiah Mullins, whose memory Randy held close. Randy's life was a testament to the power of love, family, and friendship. His kind nature and gentle spirit left an indelible mark on all who knew him.
