Randall "Randy" Fred Lipps, a cherished member of the Dinuba community, passed away peacefully on October 4, 2026, at the age of 77. Born on June 18, 1949, in Dinuba, California, Randy was the son of Cleo and Dorothy Lipps. He was a beloved father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend to many. Randy graduated from Orosi High School in 1967. His sense of duty and patriotism led him to serve honorably in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. Upon returning home, he dedicated 47 years of hard work as a shipping clerk at Giannini Packing, where his colleagues admired his commitment and integrity. On December 28, 1974, Randy married the love of his life, Linda Elms, in Orosi. Together, they shared 52 beautiful years of marriage, raising three wonderful children. Linda preceded him in death, as did his parents, and brothers, Truman, Don (Yvonne), Gary, and Steven Lipps. Despite the loss, Randy's love for his family remained steadfast and unwavering. Randy is survived by his devoted daughters, Deidra Bricker and Rebecca Lipps, both of Tulare, and his son, Eric Lipps of Orosi. He leaves behind two cherished granddaughters, Carrie and Farrah Bricker, and a great-grandson, Vincent "Vinny" Vieyra, who brought immense joy to his life. Randy is also survived by his loving sister, Sherry Rambonga of Dinuba, and numerous nieces and nephews who held a special place in his heart. In his leisure time, Randy found solace in the simple pleasures of life. He was an avid fisherman, often casting his line as a way to connect with nature and find peace. He also enjoyed watching wrestling, a pastime that brought him great entertainment and relaxation. Randy's legacy is one of love, resilience, and kindness. He will be remembered for his gentle spirit, warm smile, and the deep love he had for his family and friends. His memory will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew him. A service to honor Randy's life will be held on November 6, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Smith Mountain Cemetery in Dinuba, California. Friends and family are invited to gather and celebrate the life of a truly remarkable man. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Randy's memory to a charity of your choice, reflecting his generous and compassionate nature.
