Born on October 10, 1964, in the sun-kissed Dominican Republic, Rahdame's life was a testament to love, dedication, and kindness.
Rahdame was the cherished son of Angel and Lilliana Ortiz, who instilled in him the values of love, compassion, and a strong work ethic. These traits defined his life and were passed down to his own children, ensuring that his legacy of kindness and warmth would continue for generations to come.
A devoted father, Rahdame is survived by his three children: Erika Ortiz, Jeannette Ortiz, and Angel Ortiz. His role as a father was one he cherished deeply, and he took immense pride in the lives and accomplishments of his children. His legacy continues through his five adored grandchildren: Juelz Conaway, Josiah Conaway, Ryan Ortiz, Jackson Ortiz, and Jaylen Luna, all of whom were the apples of his eye and brought him endless joy.
Though Rahdame never married, his life was filled with love and companionship. His bonds with family and friends were strong, and he was always surrounded by those who loved him. His career at the Hyatt hotel spanned an impressive 28 years, where he was not only a dedicated employee but also a cherished colleague, known for his warm smile and unwavering work ethic.
Rahdame was a man of varied interests. He found peace and challenge on the golf course and in the quiet contemplation of a chess board. His love for cooking and eating was renowned among his family and friends, with his kitchen being a place of joy and laughter. Rahdame's culinary skills were matched only by his generosity in sharing meals and creating memories with those he loved.
