It is with heavy hearts and profound sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved Quanta Evelyn Baker, who departed this world on July 16, 2026, at the age of 43. Born on October 29, 1982, in the vibrant city of Chicago, Illinois, Quanta was a beacon of joy and laughter, spreading warmth and cheer to everyone she encountered. Quanta was the cherished daughter of Ruby Baker and Ronald Newman. Though she is predeceased by her beloved mother, grandmother, aunt, and cousins, her legacy lives on through her resilient family. She is survived by her loving children , Edward Briggs Jr, Eveon Briggs, Elize Briggs, Jaylen Baker, Jada Baker, and her four precious grandchildren A'layia Briggs, Amir Briggs, A’Zara Briggs, Elani Wright-Briggs. Also her father, sister, brothers, nieces, nephews, cousins, uncles, and aunt also carry her memory forward. Quanta's life was a tapestry woven with humor and light. Her laughter was infectious, and she had a rare gift for transforming the mundane into the extraordinary. Her gatherings were nothing short of celebrations, where joy flowed as freely as her spirit. It is comforting to imagine that as Quanta entered the afterlife, she was embraced warmly by the Lord, and her humor once again illuminated those around her. While we grieve the loss of Quanta, we are eternally grateful for the time we shared with her. Her laughter, kindness, and the countless memories she leaves behind are treasures that death cannot diminish. As we bid farewell, let us honor Quanta's wishes by remembering her with smiles, stories, and perhaps a laugh or two. We find solace in the belief that she rests in God's presence, enveloped in peace and joy. A celebration of Quanta's life will be held on July 25, 2026, at 5:00 PM in Kansas City, Missouri. Family and friends are invited to join us in honoring her remarkable journey. Words of Comfort

Blessed are the peaceTAKERS. The gift of Gods peace is available but we often are distracted to take it. We focus on having peace with others but no peace within thyself. Gods peace is a real thing! When it’s the peace of God, you will have the ability to rest in chaos. The attitude of being reasonable. Being able to be settled. It’s not all well but it’s well enough. You got joy when peace is resided in your life. God presents peace through personal relationships. Mindfulness & Meditation. Hum the right Hum. Respect & Includsion (good&bad). Peace of God is the product of a relationship with God. Permit peace to have power over your perspective. Let peace in. Don’t be trouble by today & don’t be fearful of tomorrow. Remind yourself of who you walking with. Walking with God= Everything is okay

John 14:26-28 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you. Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. Ye have heard how I said unto you, I go away, and come again unto you. If ye loved me, ye would rejoice, because I said, I go unto the Father: for my Father is greater than I.
