In Loving Memory

Princess LaSheena Johnson
October 8, 1984 — May 20, 2026
It is with profound sadness and loving remembrance that we announce the passing of Princess LaSheena Johnson, who peacefully departed this life on May 20, 2026, at the age of 41. Born on October 8, 1984, in Austin, Texas, Princess was a beacon of light and love whose spirit touched the hearts of everyone she encountered.
Princess was the cherished daughter of Raymona Joyce Rivers and Prince Johnson III, both of whom preceded her in death. She now joins her beloved parents, grandparents Barbara and Raymond Rivers, Vera and Princess Johnson Jr., her great aunt Cary Yancy, and her aunt Lula Pearl Lewis in eternal rest.
She leaves behind her beloved son, Zion LaPrince Johnson, whose father Derrick Wellington, along with a loving network of family, will continue to nurture and guide. Princess is survived by her devoted brothers, Quincy Whittle, Prince Johnson IV, and Patrick Johnson. Her aunts, Falva Denise Rivers, Michelle Smith, Tami Gilliam, Renae Patton and Nelwynne Thomas, and her uncles, Raymond Rivers Jr. and Kevin Lee Rivers, will forever cherish her memory. She also leaves behind a legacy of love among her 25+ first cousins.
Princess dedicated many years as a Store Manager at 7-Eleven, where her commitment and leadership inspired those around her. Her work ethic was as vibrant as her personality, and she approached every challenge with grace and resilience. Outside of her professional life, Princess had a flair for fashion and was often seen dressed in the latest styles, her hair impeccably styled, reflecting her vibrant personality. Her culinary skills were best showcased in her famous ribs and enchiladas, dishes that will be fondly remembered by all who had the pleasure of tasting them. Above all, her greatest joy was caring for her son, Zion, ensuring he was enveloped in love and support.
Those who knew Princess will remember her as sweet and openhearted, her beautiful smile contagious and uplifting. She was the life of the party, with a spirit that could light up any room. Princess never allowed life's challenges to hold her back; instead, she faced them head-on, ensuring a bright future for herself and Zion. Her grace and dedication were both admirable and inspirational, leaving a lasting impact on those who were fortunate enough to know her.
A celebration of Princess LaSheena Johnson's life will be held on June 13, 2026, at 12:00 PM at All Faith Funeral Services, located at 8507 N. IH_35, Austin, Texas 78745.
