His interests were as vibrant as his personality; he was a huge Harley Davidson enthusiast and a KISS fanatic. He relished camping, riding jet skis and motorcycles, attending concerts, and enjoying the music of Elvis. He also loved singing like his dad. He was extremely talented in remodeling and building things with his hands. He also took a lot of pride in his yard, and making his living quarters home. Above all, Preston treasured spending time with his loved ones and friends. Preston's kindness and generosity were the cornerstones of his character. Always ready to give to those in need, he was a loving and caring soul, renowned for his humor and ability to light up any room. His natural rapport with children was undeniable, and he effortlessly became the life of every gathering. In honor of Preston’s compassionate spirit, the family kindly suggests that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, an organization close to his heart, located in Memphis, Tennessee. As the family remembers Preston, they reflect on the poignant lyrics that capture his essence: "Ain't it funny how the time slips away- 'Cause now I'm leavin' and I wish I could stay- Oh, goodbye is only for now 'cause I'm comin' back, I swear it somehow" – KISS. Preston’s love and laughter will indeed return in the cherished memories and stories shared by those who knew him. “Love you, bye.” -PWK Services will be held at 11 AM on Friday October 23rd 2026 at GracePoint Church (Central) West Wichita and lunch to follow for the family at Spears restaurant pie shop.
