Born on June 15, 1944, in Hamilton, Ohio, Phyllis was a beacon of kindness and strength, whose life was a testament to love, resilience, and devotion. Phyllis was the cherished daughter of Corbett and Dessie V. Napier. The values instilled in her by her parents shaped her into a compassionate woman known for her unwavering commitment to family. She grew up with a lively household full of siblings, and though life would see her part from many of them, their bond remained a source of strength throughout her life. In 1972, Phyllis married the love of her life, Rodney Jones, with whom she shared a beautiful marriage of 53 years until his passing. Phyllis leaves behind four daughters: Lisa Little, Lena Lucas, Tracie Jones (Andre Pryor), and Amy (Scott) Keasling. Phyllis's dedication as a mother was unparalleled; she was a constant source of support and guidance, always ready with a listening ear and a comforting embrace.
