It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Ms. Phyllis Diane Turner, a cherished soul who departed this world on June 28, 2026, after a courageous battle with cancer. Born on April 26, 1958, in Baltimore, Maryland, Phyllis graced this earth with her vibrant spirit for 68 years.
Phillis was the treasured daughter of Mrs. Ruth Mae Turner and Mr. Robert Turner. She is predeceased by her beloved mother and her maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs., William and Susie Jones.
Educated in the Baltimore City Public Schools, Phyllis was known for her intelligence and diligence. She spent her career as a dedicated manager at Burger King, where her leadership and kindness left a lasting impression on colleagues and customers alike. Her professional journey was marked by integrity and a genuine care for those around her.
Phillis had a fervent passion for shopping, especially through QVC, where she found joy in discovering unique gifts that brought smiles to the faces of her loved ones. Her knack for selecting the perfect present was a testament to her thoughtful nature and her desire to spread happiness.
More than anything, Phyllis will be remembered for her boundless love and generosity. She possessed an innate ability to make everyone feel seen and cherished. Her laughter was infectious, and her presence brought warmth and comfort to any gathering.
As we say goodbye to Phillis, we hold onto the precious memories and the love she bestowed upon us all. Her spirit will continue to shine in the hearts of those she touched, a beacon of kindness and compassion.
