In Loving Memory of Philip Saungweme Philip Saungweme was a devoted husband, father, family member, and public servant who worked for the City of Mutare in Zimbabwe. In April 2003, while carrying out his duties on a water pipeline in Penhalonga, Philip was tragically killed in a workplace accident when the pipeline burst. His passing was a heartbreaking loss to his family, friends, colleagues, and everyone who knew him.
