Philip was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Frances Ann, whose memory he held dear every single day. Their love story was one of unwavering devotion and mutual respect, a beautiful example for their family and friends. Together, they created a loving home filled with laughter, warmth, and unwavering support. He is survived by his devoted daughters, Ruthann Noto and Anna Marie Cutroneo, who were the pride and joy of his life. Philip's love for his daughters was boundless, and he took immense pride in their accomplishments and the families they have built. His legacy of love and family will continue to thrive through them and the many lives they touch. Philip devoted his professional life to the Hughes Brothers Naval Yard in Brooklyn, NY, where he worked as a superintendent for many years. His career was marked by a steadfast work ethic and a commitment to excellence that earned him the respect and admiration of his colleagues. Philip's leadership was not only defined by his technical expertise but also by the kindness and fairness he extended to those he worked alongside. Philip’s life was a rich tapestry of cherished moments and valuable lessons. He was a man of simple pleasures, finding joy in the company of his family and the beauty of nature. Whether tending to his garden or sharing stories around the dinner table, Philip’s presence was a source of comfort and joy.
