Peter William Hill, cherished husband, father, son, brother, and friend, passed away peacefully on May 11, 2026, after a courageous battle with multiple strokes and pancreatic cancer. Born on March 18, 1965, in Akron, Ohio, Peter's life was a tapestry of love, service, and dedication. Peter was the beloved son of Don and Kathy Hill and the late Mary Lu Hill. He is survived by his devoted wife, Annette Hill, and their son, Donald Hill, who was born on April 4, 1999. His family also includes his father Don, stepmother Kathy, and sister, Arlene Hill. Peter was predeceased by his dear mother, Mary Lu Hill, and his sister, Pamela Hill. Peter's life was marked by commitment and service. He graduated from Findlay High School in 1975 and soon thereafter joined the U.S. Navy, where he served with distinction from 1980 to 1986 on the CGN 41 USS Arkansas during the Gulf War. His time in the Navy was a proud chapter in his life, one that instilled in him a deep sense of duty and honor. In 1996, Peter married the love of his life, Annette Brunelle, and together they built a life filled with laughter, love, and family.
