Born on June 6, 1959, in Rochester, New York, Perry was the beloved son of Jerily and Gladys Eaddy. Perry's life was a testament to resilience and humor. He worked as a laborer in various capacities around Rochester, New York, contributing his strong work ethic and tenacity to many projects and teams throughout his career. Those who worked alongside him will fondly remember his unwavering dedication and the laughter he brought to the workplace. In his leisure time, Perry could often be found exploring the streets of Rochester on his bicycle or by foot, a pastime that connected him deeply to his community and the city he called home. His love for these simple pleasures was emblematic of his zest for life and his appreciation for the world around him. Perry's sense of humor was legendary among those who knew him. His ability to bring joy and laughter to others was a gift that enriched the lives of his family and friends. Despite his stubbornness, which some might say was as enduring as a mule's, Perry's warmth and kindness left an indelible mark on everyone he met. Perry was predeceased by his father, Jerily Eaddy, and his brothers, Gerald and Charles Eaddy, with whom he is now reunited. He leaves behind his beloved mother, Gladys Eaddy, his devoted sisters, Berthenia Coltrane and Elvelena Fitts, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins who will forever cherish his memory. A service to celebrate Perry's life will be held on September 19, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Williams Funeral Home, located at 2793 Culver Road. Family and friends are invited to gather in remembrance of Perry, sharing stories and memories that will keep his spirit alive in their hearts. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Perry's memory to a charity of your choice, honoring his generous nature and his love for giving back to the community.
