Born on September 17, 1945, in Memphis, Tennessee, Peggy was the cherished daughter of the late Joseph L. Noah and Lyda B. Noah. Her life was a testament to unwavering faith and devotion to family, leaving an indelible mark on everyone she encountered. Peggy was predeceased by her parents, her brother Joseph Lee Noah Jr., her sister Brenda Louise Noah, and her beloved husband, Roy Allen. Together, Peggy and Roy built a life filled with love and laughter, nurturing a family that became her greatest source of pride and joy. She is survived by her children, Cindy Lynn Rivera, Roy Benjamin Allen, and Shannon Noah Allen, along with Shannon's wife, Jillian Rose Allen. Peggy's legacy lives on through her seven grandchildren, Nathan Wells, Brittney Meadows, Ty Allen, Austin Allen, Corbin Allen, Levi Allen, and Noah Allen, as well as her thirteen great-grandchildren, who brought immense happiness and purpose to her life. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Peggy's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, TN.
