Paul Anthony Bell

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Paul, a beloved father, brother, and friend, who left this world on September 22, 2026. Born on January 24, 1970, in Atlanta, Texas, Paul was the cherished son of Betty and Samuel Rainge and also the late Larry James. Paul grew up in a loving household.where he was nurtured by his grandmothers guidance and her unwavering support. He graduated from Atlanta High School and went on to further his education at Texarkana Community College, paving the way for a fulfilling career. A dedicated and hardworking individual, Paul devoted many years of his life to his career at UPS. His colleagues remember him for his quick wit and infectious warm smile, which could brighten the toughest of days. His professional life was marked by a commitment to excellence and a genuine camaraderie with everyone he encountered. Beyond his professional achievements, Paul's three sons, Joshua Bell, Issac Bell, and David Bell. His sister, Tammie Rainge. His brothers Sigmund James, Carnell James and Amu James survives him, along with a host of Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Niece, and Nephew who shares in the memories of a man who was always there with a kind word and a reassuring presence. Paul was a man of integrity and humor, known for making those around him feel valued and appreciated. His laughter was infectious, and his ability to find joy in the simplest of moments was a lesson to all who knew him. In these difficult times, the family extends their deepest gratitude to the staff at Queen City Funeral Home for their compassionate assistance and support. They have truly been a guiding light during this period of mourning.
