Patsy Arlene Harper
November 13, 1950 — May 20, 2026
It is with profound sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of our beloved Patsy Arlene Harper, who left this world on May 20, 2026, at the age of 75. Patsy was surrounded by the comfort of her home in Atlanta, Georgia, the city of her birth on November 13, 1950, as she transitioned to her eternal rest.
Patsy was the cherished daughter of the late Glenn and Helen Mooney, whose loving guidance and support shaped her into the remarkable woman we were privileged to know and love. Patsy’s life was a testament to the love and devotion she held for her family, which she placed above all else.
She was a devoted mother to her sons, Glenn Thomas Harper and Michael James Harper, who carry forward her legacy of kindness and integrity. Patsy's nurturing spirit and unwavering dedication to her family extended to her grandchildren, Kayla Breanna Harper, Jessie Marie Diane Lee, and Wesley Scott Glenn Harper. Each of them holds a special piece of her heart and continues to be inspired by her example of strength and grace.
In the later years of her life, Patsy found immense joy in the presence of her great-grandchildren, Kaylen Mastin, Sophia Romeo, Serenity Romeo, and Carson Taunton. Her gentle nature and boundless love will forever be remembered by these young lives she touched so deeply.
Patsy was also a beloved sister to Margie Jarmon, Carol Ford, Gene Mooney, and Betty Fletcher. Their shared memories and laughter will forever be cherished among them, remaining as a testament to the enduring bond of family.
Her life was a beautiful tapestry of love, woven with threads of compassion, generosity, and an unyielding spirit. Patsy had a gift for making everyone she met feel special and valued, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts of all who had the honor of knowing her.
A service to celebrate Patsy’s life will be held on May 28, 2026, at 12:45 PM at Sawnee View Gardens, located at 1390 Dahlonega Hwy, Cumming, GA 30028. Family, friends, and all whose lives were touched by Patsy are invited to join us as we honor her memory and the lasting legacy of love she leaves behind.
As we gather to remember Patsy Arlene Harper, let us carry forward her spirit by embracing the love and kindness she so freely shared. Her legacy is a beacon of light that will guide us through the days ahead.

Patsy, you will be deeply missed, but your love and light will forever illuminate our lives.
