Patrick Shane Kelly

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Patrick Shane Kelly, a beloved son, brother, uncle, and friend, who left this world peacefully on July 14, 2026, at Headwaters Health Care Centre in Orangeville, Ontario. Born on May 6, 1963, in Scarborough, Patrick lived a life full of love, laughter, and cherished memories. Patrick was the cherished son of the late Fredrick and Marie Kelly. He was predeceased by his brothers Bob, Bill, and Rick Kelly, and is survived by his siblings Rena Kimber and her husband Bob, Donna Kelly, Sue Kelly, and Mike Kelly alongside his wife Barb. He leaves behind his dear Aunt Wendy and will be fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, and cousins who adored him. Known for his infectious joy and zest for life, Patrick was truly the life of the party. He had an innate ability to bring people together and fill any room with laughter. His love for gatherings of friends and family left an indelible mark on everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him. Patrick had a passion for the simple joys of life. He loved music and was an avid fan of classic western films and found great delight in the antics of "The Flintstones." His sense of humor and his ability to find joy in the little things will be deeply missed by all. As we mourn the loss of Patrick, we also celebrate the beautiful life he lived. The warmth of his spirit and the kindness of his heart will be remembered by everyone who knew him. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made to a charity of your choice in Patrick's memory, as a tribute to a man who touched so many lives with his generosity and love. The family invites friends and loved ones to join them in celebrating Patrick's life at a gathering to be announced soon.
