Her professional life was spent as a Clerical Receptionist at Michael Reese Hospital, where she dedicated 15 years before retiring due to her illness. Her colleagues remember her as a beacon of kindness and efficiency, qualities that defined her interactions both at work and in her community. A devout Jehovah’s Witness, Patricia dedicated her life to Christ from a young age. Her faith was a cornerstone of her life, guiding her actions and providing her with strength through life's challenges. She was a vibrant social butterfly, whose love for volleyball, playing cards, and dominoes was only surpassed by her adoration for family gatherings. Patricia was the heart of her family, often hosting celebrations that brought everyone together in joy and unity. Known for her kindness, Patricia was also fiercely protective of her loved ones, capable of standing firm when needed. Her warmth and hospitality made her home a sanctuary for laughter and love, a place where bonds were strengthened and memories created. In honoring Patricia’s wishes, a private funeral ceremony will be held, allowing her family to celebrate her life intimately. As we say goodbye to Patricia, we are comforted by the words her family wishes to share: “An angel in the sky, Healing hearts as planes fly, Still spreading her love from beyond, And keeping together her family’s special bond.” Patricia Williams’ life was a testament to love, strength, and unwavering faith. Her legacy lives on in the hearts of those she touched, and the love she spread will continue to bind her family together, as she watches over them with eternal peace.
