It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Patricia Lee, fondly known to her loved ones as Little Ma-Ma, who left this world on July 24, 2026. Patricia was born on March 6, 1960, in Cleveland, Ohio, to her beloved parents, Eugene and Annie Lee, who have preceded her in death.
Patricia's life was a testament to love, friendship, and unwavering devotion to her family and community. She was a proud graduate of John F. Kennedy High School, where she laid the foundation for a life filled with learning and service. Her career was marked by dedication and compassion during her many years at University Hospital, from which she retired in 2027, just shortly before her passing.
Patricia's faith was a cornerstone of her life. She was an active and cherished member of Affinity Baptist Church from August 2012, where she found spiritual nourishment and a community that shared her values and beliefs. Her warmth and kindness touched all who knew her within the church family.
Known for her vivacious spirit, Patricia had a zest for life that was infectious. She found joy in the simple pleasures of life, such as grilling and roller skating, activities that brought her immense happiness and allowed her to express her vibrant personality. Her love for dancing was evident to all who witnessed her on the dance floor, where she was in her element, radiating joy and spreading smiles.
Family gatherings were the highlight of Patricia's life. She cherished these moments deeply, finding fulfillment in the love and laughter shared with those she held dear. Although she had no grandchildren or great-grandchildren, Patricia's nurturing spirit and affectionate nature were evident in all her interactions with family and friends.
As we celebrate the life of Patricia Lee, Little Ma-Ma, we remember her as a beacon of joy and resilience. Her legacy is one of love, faith, and unwavering commitment to those she cared for. Her memory will forever be etched in the hearts of her family, friends, and all who were fortunate enough to know her.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Affinity Baptist Church in Patricia's honor, as a recognition of her profound connection to the church and its community of faith.
Patricia's spirit will continue to guide us, and her love will remain a source of strength and comfort. As we say goodbye, we hold onto the precious memories she leaves behind, grateful for the time we shared with such an extraordinary woman.
