Patricia “Pat” Harris was born on August 9, 1954, in Ouachita Parish, Louisiana, to the late Jessie James Williams and Mary Louise Dean Williams.
Pat spent her early years in Delhi, Louisiana, where she united with Mount Olive Baptist Church under the leadership of the late Rev. I. J. Bradley. She was a proud graduate of Delhi High School.
Following graduation, Pat married the love of her life, Bobby Ray Harris. As the wife of a military serviceman, she embraced the opportunity to travel and experience life in various places while supporting her husband throughout his military career. Their loving union was blessed with one daughter, Priscilla.
Pat dedicated several years of her life to serving others through her work in the nursing field. Her compassionate spirit and caring heart made a lasting impact on the many individuals she served. After retiring, she and her family made their home in Alcoa, Tennessee, where she enjoyed the blessings of family and retirement.
Pat was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Bobby Ray Harris; her parents, Jessie James Williams and Mary Louise Dean Williams; and her siblings, Jessie Jr. Williams, Cherry Jarvis, Larry Williams, and Bobbye Battles.
She leaves to cherish her precious memory her devoted daughter, Priscilla White and son-in-law, T.J. White, of Alcoa, Tennessee; her beloved grandsons, Jaden Jones and Javadi Daniels, also of Alcoa, Tennessee; and her siblings: Lewis (Shirley) Williams of Tampa, Florida; JoAnn (Leon) Smith of Delhi, Louisiana; Shelia (Charles) Hopkins of Jonesboro, Louisiana; Pearlie Williams of Farmington Hills, Michigan; Gloria (Larry) Turner of Pearland, Texas; Mack Williams of Delhi, Louisiana; and Lori (Fletcher) Allison of Monroe, Louisiana.
She also leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, dear friends, and loved ones who will forever cherish the memories they shared with her.
Pat will be remembered for her quiet strength, loving heart, unwavering devotion to her family, and the kindness she extended to everyone she met. Her legacy of love, compassion, and faith will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
