March 17, 1951 — October 2, 2026

Patricia Ann Huse, affectionately known as Pat, passed away peacefully at her home on October 2, 2026, surrounded by her loving family. Born on March 17, 1951, in Fort Worth, Texas, Pat lived a life full of love, creativity, and devotion to her family. Patricia was the cherished daughter of Eddie Jo Mahan. She was predeceased by her beloved mother, Eddie Jo, and her dear brothers, Don and Ray Turner. Her passing leaves a profound void in the lives of her surviving family, including her devoted husband of 55 years, Charles Huse, whom she married on February 12, 1971. Together, Pat and Charles built a beautiful life filled with love and laughter. Pat leaves behind a legacy of kindness and talent through her children: her son, Todd Huse and his wife Angie, and her daughters, Christy Tate and Heather Huse. She was a proud grandmother to seven grandchildren: Taylor, Riley, Lily, Jace, Madison, Levi, and Kalen, who were each blessed by her love and creativity. Her heart expanded even further with the arrival of six great-grandchildren, whom she adored dearly. A talented crafter and seamstress, Pat's creative spirit was evident in everything she did. She had an incredible ability to turn simple materials into beautiful works of art, crafting wreaths, jewelry, purses, and ornaments with care and passion. Her sewing skills were particularly treasured by her grandchildren, for whom she lovingly made countless outfits. Pat took great joy in passing on her sewing knowledge to them, ensuring that her love for crafting would continue through future generations. Pat was also a dedicated friend, sharing many years of companionship and laughter with her best friend, Kitty Allen. Her warmth and generosity extended beyond her immediate family, touching the hearts of numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. Anyone who knew Pat will fondly remember her for her love of Dr Pepper and ice cream—simple pleasures that brought her great joy. Her infectious smile and gentle nature left a lasting impression on everyone she met. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in Patricia's memory to a charity of your choice, honoring her generous and giving spirit. Patricia Ann Huse will be deeply missed and remembered with love by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her legacy of kindness, creativity, and family devotion will continue to inspire and uplift those she leaves behind.
