In loving memory of Patricia A. Ray, a devoted mother, cherished grandmother, beloved sister, and faithful friend, who peacefully departed this world on May 19, 2026, at the age of 85, at her home surrounded by the warmth of her family. Her life was a testament to love, resilience, and deep-rooted faith, leaving behind a legacy that will be fondly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Born on November 9, 1940, Patricia was the cherished daughter of Dewey and Joyce Williams. She was raised amidst the embrace of a loving family, alongside her dear siblings, and carried those values into her own family life. Preceded in death by her parents, her beloved husband Charles Ray, her sisters Terry Harmon and Cindy Miller, and her grandson Brent Jeffcoats, Patricia now joins them in eternal rest. Patricia is survived by a family who adored her deeply: her three children, Charles Glenn Ray, Richard Edward Ray and his wife Cheryl, and Marci Beth Ray Jeffcoats and her husband Hank. She leaves behind a rich legacy through her grandchildren, Chuck Jeffcoats and his wife Amy, Dustin Ray, Hannah Ray DenHartog and her husband William, and Rachel Ray Warren and her husband Cameron. Her love and wisdom will continue to guide her four great-grandchildren, Parker and Milo Jeffcoats, and Tatum and Savannah DenHartog. Patricia is also survived by her sister Sharon Kay Ward, her brother Bob Williams and his wife Dean, and a host of nieces and nephews who held her in high regard. Patricia dedicated many years of her career to the Cross Oil Refinery, where her hard work and determination left an indelible mark. Following her retirement, she devoted her time to the things she loved most, such as tending to her vibrant flower garden and embarking on cherished trips to visit her grandchildren. In her earlier years, Patricia and Charles shared a passion for camping and fishing, creating countless treasured memories with friends. A devoted member of the First Baptist Church in Smackover, Arkansas, Patricia's faith was the cornerstone of her life. Her unwavering love for her Lord and Savior was evident in every aspect of her life, and she was known for her generous spirit and nurturing heart. Patricia found joy in cooking and took immense pleasure in gathering her family around the table, where love was shared amidst the aromas of her delicious meals.
