Pamela Joyce Watson-Terrell
September 21, 1967 — June 14, 2026
With heavy hearts and profound gratitude for a life well-lived, we announce the passing of Pamela Joyce Watson-Terrell, who departed this world on June 14, 2026, at the age of 58. Born on September 21, 1967, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Pamela was the cherished daughter of the late Frank and Rosa Watson. She was preceded in death by her beloved parents, sisters Barbra C. Thompson and Casondra Lanette Watson, and her dear niece, Angelia N. Booth.
Pamela leaves behind a legacy of love and devotion, survived by her two sisters, Doboria (John) Booth of Wolcott, Connecticut, and Evelyn Harrell of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She was a beloved aunt to her nieces, Deboria L. Booth of Bristol, Connecticut, and Bleu Harrell of Buckhead, Georgia; her four nephews, John (Colleen) Booth Jr., Joshua Booth of Wolcott, Connecticut, Christopher Harrell Jr. of Buckhead, Georgia, and Larry Harrell of Milwaukee, Wisconsin; and her three great-nieces, Dahlylah Moore and Savannah Booth of Wolcott, Connecticut, and Raine Harrell of Buckhead, Georgia. Pamela also treasured her twin great-nephews, John Booth III and Gavin Booth. She will be lovingly remembered by her aunts, Evelyn Watson-Caston of McComb, Mississippi, Willye Sue Smith of Henrico, Virginia, Lorse Stokes of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Irene Martin of McComb, Mississippi, and Emma Mae (Woodrow) Wilson of Bossier City, Louisiana, along with a host of cherished cousins, extended family, and friends.
Pamela's journey began in the Milwaukee Public School System, where she graduated from Harold Vincent High School in 1985. Inspired by her father, Frank, who served in the Navy, and her eldest sister, Deboria, who served in the Army, Pamela enlisted in the United States Army, dedicating herself to serving her country with honor and pride. Her passion for service extended into her civilian career with the Milwaukee Sheriff's Department, where she worked diligently until her retirement in 2023.
Pamela's faith was an integral part of her life. She accepted Christ at an early age under the guidance of the late Bishop Jimmy Addison at Wanderer Home MB Church. Her spiritual journey continued under the leadership of Senior Pastor Treyvon Sinclair, Sr. at Christ The King Baptist Church, where she embraced her Christian walk with dedication and love.
Known for her boundless energy and commitment, Pamela served on various committees, always ready to lend a hand and do whatever was necessary to achieve a goal. Her zest for life was evident in her love for travel, as she explored the world with dear friends who shared her adventurous spirit.
Pamela's life will be celebrated on June 24, 2026, at Christ The King Baptist Church, located at 7750 N 60th St, Milwaukee, WI 53223. The service will commence at 5:00 PM, where family and friends will gather to honor the beautiful life of a remarkable woman whose kindness, strength, and love touched all who knew her.
Though Pamela is no longer with us in body, her spirit will continue to guide and inspire those she leaves behind. Her unwavering love for her family, her dedication to service, and her joyful embrace of life will forever remain in our hearts.
