Owen Strickland

Owen T Strickland, a beloved father, grandfather, brother, and friend, passed away peacefully on October 6, 2026. Born on March 11, 1955, in the serene hills of Tennessee, he was the cherished son of the late John B Strickland and Marie Elizabeth Harmon. He was also predeceased by his beloved sisters, Margaret, Jerry, Kay, and Wilma, whose memories he carried with him always. He leaves behind a legacy of love in his four children: Jayne, Crystal, Sylvia, and Michelle. His heart was further filled with pride by his 14 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. Owen is also survived by his siblings: sisters Debbie, Lisa, Brenda, and Kathy, and his brother, Mikey. His life was enriched by the love and companionship of many nieces and nephews, who remember him fondly for his generous spirit and infectious humor. The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to Daniel and Wilma Davis for their extraordinary care and support. The family is also deeply thankful to everyone in the Davis home, whose kindness and love provided Owen with comfort and peace in his later years.
