His untimely departure is a profound loss to all who knew and loved him. Owen was a cherished son of John and Tara, who nurtured his inquisitive spirit and unwavering determination. His family was the cornerstone of his life, providing him with love and guidance throughout his journey. Owen was predeceased by his beloved family member, Mark Kelly, who will surely welcome him with open arms into the next life. Throughout his life, Owen was known for his charismatic presence and the warmth he extended to everyone he met. To those who knew him well, Owen was a loyal friend, a devoted family member, and a person of integrity. His laughter was infectious, and his kindness knew no bounds. Owen’s life was not without its complexities and challenges. He was a reputed associate in the world of organized crime, a path that ultimately led to his tragic and untimely death. On that fateful day in August, Owen’s life was violently taken in an assassination, a stark reminder of the dangers that surrounded him. Despite the circumstances, Owen's family wishes to remember him for the person he was beyond the headlines—a person who loved deeply and was deeply loved.
