Oswald departed from this world on August 15, 2026, at the age of 67 surrounded by his loving family as he bravely battled pneumonia. Born on May 5, 1958,in the vibrant city of Culiacán, Mexico, Oswald was the cherished son of Juan and Mary Sanchez. He was a hard-working electrician, known for his dedication to his craft and his unwavering commitment to providing for his family. Oswald's life was a testament to love, perseverance, and the joy of family. Oswald was reunited in eternity with his parents, Juan and Mary, his dear sister Janet, and his beloved brother Brandon. He leaves behind a legacy of love through his surviving family members, including his devoted wife of 30 years, his treasured children, and his cherished grandchildren, who brought immense joy to his life. Oswald is remembered with love by Alexia and David Sanchez from his marriage, and by his oldest children, Javier and Adriana Plaza, who he always held close to his heart. His pride in his children was matched only by the joy he found in his grandchildren. Oswald was overjoyed to become a grandfather, a role he cherished deeply, and he was immensely proud of Javier and Adriana for bestowing upon him this precious gift. Oswald found peace and faith in Christ, a journey that enriched his life and brought him closer to his family. His faith was a guiding light, bringing comfort and strength to him and those around him. A service to celebrate Oswald's life will be held on August 16, 2026, at 6:03 PM at the Catedral Basilica de Nuestra Señora del Rosario, located at Prol. Álvaro Obregón S/N, Primer Cuadro, Centro, 80000 Culiacán Rosales, Sin., Mexico. Family, friends, and all whose lives were touched by Oswald are invited to join in honoring his memory.
